We need 2-5 business days for to prep your order in addition to the estimated delivery time so keep that in mind while you wait for your delivery. Days are measured in business days, not including weekends and holidays. Shipping times are estimated based on the date a package leaves our facility.

We accept returns of unopened product for up to 60 days after the date of purchase. If you want to return your True Raw Choice or Pawzzie treats, email us at email@example.com with your order number (you’ll find this in the subject of the “Order Update” email you received when you placed your order), the item(s) you want to return, and why. One of our friendly customer service reps will be in touch!
To return opened or used products, contact us at the same email address with the reason for the return. We’ll take a look at your situation and determine how to serve you best.
Want to return something from the USA? Sadly, we don’t currently accept returns from the United States but don’t let that stop you from getting in touch. We care about you and your pets and want to hear what you have to say! Likewise, if you live in one of those ‘remote or difficult to serve locations’ in Canada.
